What is your refund policy?

No refunds. All sales are final. Please review our Terms and Conditions for the complete refund policy.
Can I try on clothing for sale first, then buy or return it?

No, we do not accept returns or allow you to "try-before-you-buy". All sales are final. Measurements are provided in the item description.
What condition are the clothes for sale in?

We do our best to ensure that each item for sale is in great condition prior to adding it to our collection. All clothes are washed prior to being listed for sale. We also place each garment in a dustproof and waterproof poly bag before being placed into a shipping envelope or box, to ensure your purchase is in the best condition when delivered.
Can I return or exchange an item?

No, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Feel free to contact us for further clarification.
I have some amazing vintage clothing and items. Are you open to a trade?

As much as we love connecting with fellow collectors and thrift shoppers, we cannot accept any trades.
How are your items packed and shipped?

Clothes: garments are washed, packed in a dustproof & waterproof poly bag, then placed into a bubble envelope to be shipped. Art: depending on the size and medium of the piece, we will typically apply gallery-level care to each piece, handling with cloth white gloves, and may be packaged with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and boxed to be shipped. We ship using USPS, unless otherwise noted. Customers will be notified when a purchase has been shipped and proved a tracking number, if available.
I received my package, but my package and/or item were damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Our Terms and Conditions are clear in that all sales are final and we do not accept returns, trades, or exchanges. However, in the event that an item is damaged when shipped, please reach out to us directly to resolve the issue. Please provide your receipt, a picture of the damaged package, and the purchased item.
